		<description>That's funny--on the replays I saw, Kevin Harvick (Number 29) hit the wall and rebounded into the pack, and THAT caused the accident. Though I'm sure you could find quite a few people who would say that the restrictor plates were the ultimate cause of the accident--and they would probably be right. Of course, without the restrictor plates, the accidents that DID occur would be at velocities that would probably leave debris in MY yard, some 30 miles from the racetrack......</description>
