		<description>Not good, but typical. It's an extension of the "It's not OUR hardware, it's so-and-so's software!" argument which ALL of the major box vendors can be very good at. Unless you have a support contract (spelled MONEY UP FRONT)  then you will almost certainly get a brain-dead support person reading from a script. Be prepared to reformat/reinstall, not matter what the problem.</description>
