The good news is, Outbreak Express is dead. Hallelujah!!
The bad news is, its successor has flaws. Who woulda thunk?

I suspect that many applications in many OSes could be made to do the same thing--as long as you were running as root, in a system that allowed things to run too easily--another definition for Windoze, eh? Still, all Micro$oft funded studies aside, it would take MANY years for EVERYTHING else put together to catch up with the number of KNOWN flaws in Windows if Cthulhu reached down (up?) and made Windows absolutely secure this very instant. And, of course, lusers can make ANYTHING unsecure...not being mean to them, they just don't know any better...despite many, many tries to show them....though many people DO learn, and get so paranoid they can barely do any work sometimes. (sigh)
