OK, and I just looked again, I don't see anything about the legality of this. I guess that
A. he is doing this in unrestricted airspace.
B. he has a license for his, uh, airship, and thus is not molested by the FAA.
C. the FAA has decided that men hanging underneath clusters of small balloons (yes, they fly, but will they run Linux?) on outdoor furniture just don't really land (no pun intended) in their purview.
Whatever, I laud his bravery/ingenuity/fearlessness, and hope he warns us if he heads for the Southeast...though it would be neat to look up and see him, as long as I knew he was in the area. Did see a blimp the other day, AAMOF...
