Well, I see the "Preview" button, let's see...well, looks like it works. Now, how can I do emoticons on this thing to properly express my emotions? Methinks I'm becoming repressed....insert ironic emoticon here, since I can't...<g></g>

<em>Oh, and the “update” removed the “Preview” option, eh? Sounds like a typical update to me….</em>

No, actually that was me, forgetting to update and then turn back on the plug-in that I have to use to get the preview to work in comments.

Still don't know why Matt hasn't built a comments preview into Wordpress yet. But the preview plug-in has been updated and turned back on. Now to see /how this updated one works...

Works fine, he says after trying it out... ;-)

Happy New Year!
Yes, I know, wrong reply to this post, but I'm condensing replies to one...
Sounds like a sequential vortex to me. Have had a LOT of those lately, swapping out computers at work. To get to point B, seems like I must go through points A_1 through A_37, several of those with sub-points such as A_15 sub D: untangle 243 feet of assorted cables so that I can remove one piece of equipment (probably a set of speakers), while lying on the floor between two student computers and under a small table with 67 lbs of monitors and other assorted equipment on it, and in between 156 assorted workbooks/textbooks. Interesting work.
And isn't it FUN to find there is no driver for the operating system you are using? Believe it or not, this is rather more common in the world of Windoze than you might believe-or than I might want to believe. Of course, some of the stuff that people are still wanting to use came out with Windoze 3.1 drivers originally, so it is not real surprising that the manufacturer (if they are still around) is interested in writing drivers for XP for such a device. And I don't even want to TALK about Vista. Vista means "view" or "wide expanse". "Wide expanse" could mean "wasteland", yes? In this case, definitely Yes.
Hope this year is better than last year, for all of us. We all did, at least, make it through last year...
