The hardware keylogger page. Try a hardware keyboard logger device!

So now we need to check the keyboard connection before sitting down to a public computer. Lovely. I see two or three sides here but suspect that it will mostly be used for evil. Doesn’t mean I wouldn’t like one, just in case… 😉

Now that’s a piece of wonderful engineering! 1.5kw to raise/lower a boat vs what it would cost to fill a series of locks.

Pink Commuter iPod Tie – Gizmodo

At $85 bucks a pop I think I could figure out how to use a needle and thread to add the needed loops and pocket to the back of my own tie. But due to their stand on DRM I don’t do Apple any more and so have no need for one. 😉

Treehugger: Cannondale Jacknife — Another Take on Folding Bikes

Was just reading this article and one of the inovations here is instead of using the standard chain drive, the drive system is hydraulic. I’ve thought many times over the years that hydraulics would be better than the chain but…

So the brain fart that just hit is: Instead of using the pedals to provide motive power, use the seat to drive the piston to motovate the machine.

Most likely impractical. Next would be to use levers instead of petals so there is no rotation, more like the sky machines or walking machines.

Just an idea or two. Back to your regularly scheduled program now…
