feel like the power company cut my line today. no energy at all. so much to do and no way any of it is getting done.

found another site on FM the other day. haven't had much mental energy lately so have failed to make note of quite a few sites i have found but this one has hit home with my symptoms. http://www.cfidsselfhelp.org/index.htm

it's a self help site owned and run by sufferers of fibro and CF. has a lot of good info. seems like everything i read there I can relate to.
