An incoming number is $4 a month. The one I got is local long distance to the exchange I am in but is free to cell phones, so we have a Tracfone cell phone that is a local call but if we answer it costs us around $0.35 a minute. The way I figure it now is that folks can call the tracfone # and then we can call back from Skype. Not the best of all possible worlds but to have voip and a cell phone for around $15 a month is a hell of a lot better than the $45 bell south and $45 cingular was costing a month.
