I mean come on folks! If the damn things don’t work either fix the design so they do or QUIT selling them. Suing the testing lab isn’t the way to do it.

If they think the Consumer Reports report was an unfair assault then they wont be too happy with the class action lawsuit assault that I suspect will be coming up real soon now. If I had purchased one to help with my breathing problems I know that I would be really pissed off and joining in.
