Safari and IE 7, separated at birth?

If you can’t innovate, imitate…

  1. Steve says:

    Business strategy for unlimited wealth:
    1. Lease stolen DOS from another programmer, lease it (at significant markup, of course) to IBM and thence to rest of computer community.
    2. Read writing on wall, license enough of Apple GUI to legally steal the rest.
    3. Continue to steal every innovation that you can (some just work too well for your people to copy effectively, or are protected a little too well) from Apple, and trumpet loudly that you have the latest, greatest technology even though geeks all know that you stole it 3 years ago and are implementing only half the good parts while thowing in enough, err, FERTILIZER, to devalue the rest . Also, use FUD and vaporware announcements, along with massive monopoly to sew up market.
    4. No ????????, just enormous PROFIT!
