I gotta wonder about people and companies that continue to support a corporation that is so big that it has no idea what all it’s divisions are doing.
Or I suspect that this is the work of some isolated group within the megasauar rather than an overall desire by the powers than be to once again be castigated and badmouthed by the blogsphere.
On the other hand it is Microsoft and from some of his recent public faux pas Steve Balimer Ballmer may just be as stupid as he sounds.

No, Grasshopper, you have not yet learned the Micro$oft Wisdom! Once a company has been touched with the Micro$oft “Wand of Acquisiton”, then it immediately becomes, if not holy, then much less Unclean. Once the Wand has worked its way completely through the “Takeover Borking”, err, I mean “Merging Process”, then the company becomes unassailable, if not, in fact, Holy.
One must learn these things, grasshopper, before moving on to the next level, Visual Basic.net programmer Level 1. For C#, even more wisdom is required…..
And, while I’m at it, trusting Microsoft to clear your computer of spyware is like asking an arsonist to help you put out the fire he started. Maybe he has inside information on how things got as bad as they are, but that doesn’t mean he has a clue as to how to get out of this situation. Or any desire to….
