More changes on the site
Nothing added, just removing a bunch of time/bandwidth wasting crap.
Since there was no response (several months ago) about the insult of the day I finally removed it.
Also removed the technoratti (sp is wrong and I ain’t taking time to figure it out or look it up) code as it was taking several seconds to do it’s thing.
Redid all the recent posts that had pix and added more tags to cut down on the # of pix having to download.
Also cut the # of posts on the front page to 20.
Now to find a basic theme that has 2 columns and no background color or max column size.

But I did add this new theme. Just now. Now to see if it works.
And yet another theme. May just go with the built in Classic theme. Only a few things to change…
For now back to the black theme. Don’t have to change stuff on it for it to be up and running. And I am running out of steam…
I like it. Loads quicker, and the front page is much less “busy”. Not that I didn’t like it before (content), but I think you have improved the presentation.
Of course, I’m sure you will tweak it several times until you have it the way you want…isn’t code FUN!?!? You can make all kinds of changes, and it doesn’t cost anything but time and frustration…
Alright, have changed the theme to the old style WP Classic. Added as much code as needed to make it mine and here we are. May modify the header a bit more but for now it serves very well.
So what ya think?
