Rainy Sunday
And all I have done is read, eat, and sleep. Just woke up after falling asleep on the sofa while reading and am heading upstairs to return to the land of nod as soon as I post this. Will make an effort to do better than this tomorrow. Till then…
Themocracy
Much the same for me. I started work on compiling all the tax stuff for the accountant to do our taxes (well worth the price, considering all the huh-huh with doing them meself) and cleared off the computer center in the computer room. Still have to finish up with the tax stuff (one of these days I’ll get organized and do it during the year–need to start now, AAMOF) and try to get all the stuff I cleared out back into some kind of order.
Lost the Internet for a while last night–we had an interruption in the TV signal (during the last lap of the Daytona 500!! Not a big NASCAR fan by any means, but like to watch the last half of the race and see all the shiny machines that get turned into junk. At least I’ll admit it, which is more than most people watching will do…Toyota nearly won it, but the worst place to be going into the last lap at Daytona is in first place…) and it was after that that the Internet wasn’t there anymore. All the lights said it was, could be a couple of commands in the command line or a reboot would have brought it back, but by that time it was late, and I was tired.
So, today, everyone is off (President’s Day for me and Kayla, Sue and Aaron are just off) so more of the same, methinks. Plenty to do around here, will try to do some of it.
