So we are around 850 or so now but still way over what it is rated to do. Woodburner handles it fine, and with the added electric![]()
our place. It’s rated to heat 250 sq feet and we are heating close to a 1000 sq feet. Cat closed her office off which is 144 sq ft.![]()
Unlike the last several nights where I let it go out to conserve wood. The new electric heater is doing a fair job but is too small for![]()
But once the firebox got up good and hot tis putting out a very nice heat. And we have enough wood to keep it going all night.![]()
Came back to the domicile and cut, then split one of the cedar logs. Brought it inside and started a fire. Took a bit to dry and thaw.![]()
Came back down the hill and stopped to get a fallen limb from a big white oak. Then to the pile of cedar. Loaded it all on the trailer.![]()
Split what I could around branches and such knots that just won’t split. It’ll have to dry out for a few days to burn very well.![]()
several years now. Still about 25 feet of it left. Red oak about 24 inches in diameter where I am cutting now. Cut 4 rounds off of it.![]()
And off we went. Got the stuff from the spillway and then headed up the valley by the beaver swamp to a tree I have been cutting on for![]()
Moved it a few feet, and then finished unloading the stuff from it that I had started doing last Sunday. Cat got the chain saw and fluids.![]()
Tried to crank it and it fired right up. Removed the charger, closed the hood and came to the house to get the trailer. Hooked to it.![]()
No fuel in fuel filter. Turned the fuel back off and took the filter apart and cleaned it out. Reassembled it and had fuel flow.
