Sci-fi story from 1909 that is the earliest known (to me) predictor of email/IMs and a world wide machine. Well worth the read.

Treehugger: Book Review: Woody Harrelson’s “How to Go Further”

Now if he would go one step further and make it available as a download or even set it up as a website. He would be able to get the message over to a LOT more people and would use NO paper or ink but have less or no income from it either. guess it depends if the message or the money is more important.

Still thinking on this one. I suspect that this is a way to cut the small used book shops out of the loop. But I could be wrong and B$N could be doing this out of the goodness of their bank accounts…

Nero Wolfe
Working on my Nero-Wolfe covers site. Got WordPress installed and finely configured. Some of the category settings gave me fits but finely figured out where to change them. Setting up a category for each title. Not sure if that is the right way to do it or not but figure it will do for now. And that will allow me to get all the stuff i have now in there and can sort it out later. Yea right. Has taken me over 2 years to get to this update…

Bought 5 more domain names today too. Got murdertheywrote.com and .net, deathondemand.com and .net and nero-wolfe.net. Got the hosting set up. Now to build the sites. At least got to get a redirect page up to point to bluespringsbazaar.com as murdertheywrote.com and .net, deathondemand.com and .net are going to be book sales sites.

Back to the mines…
