Would be neat. Of course, you would need some kind of regulator/feathering device to take the load of during those times (like probably NOW) when there has been a good amount of rain and the stream is not so slow-running. At least, none of the (several–some of them not there at normal times) streams I have passed in the last couple of days could be classed as slow-running…..and of course you will need a screen/barrier of some sort to stop/divert the slings and arrows of normal life that float downstream….all things I am sure you have thought of LONG ago…would be interesting to watch in action. Might be powerful enough to keep some of your computers running during a power outage–espcially the powerbooks, since they don’t need as much power. or as steady a source, as a desktop. Makes me wish for a stream, rather than a swamp.
