day by day,
i type and code
my life away.
the websites done!
the app’s all run!
but through it all,
sites large and small,
the thought still lurks –
there’s nothing there!
not even air!
just

   I work away
   I wipe and Ghost
   but it seems that most
   of all the things I do,

   I push and strain
   at times in vain
   install, setup,
   correct, de-corrupt,
   all the live-long day through.

   But there’s no end in sight
   and I can’t sleep at night
   because it’s always Windo_____
