I broke one of my own rules today…or almost did, the fact that I even considered it jolted me back to reality.

I came extremely close to helping a friend with a “Windows Problem.” I believe the operative and pivotal term here is “close”.

I know that one only too well. I have 3 people I will work on a windows machine for now and try not to even for them.

Helios makes some good points here. I’d like the hear/read the answers too…

   thank you very much for picking up my blog.

   I would be so bold as to ask a favor of your readers. I am trying, and not always successfully, at being a bit more…amiable in my writings. I have been urged of course to throw red meat to the Linux Users, but that is not winning us any users albeit alot of fun. Neither is beating them over the head for their mistakes. Please read over this blog again and critique it for “sensitivity and balance.”
