1.5 (about a mile) an hour? 4 meters tall? Can you say “Sitting duck?” You are going to need some MONDO armor, and even then the explosion is going to blow your ass over onto the ground, even if it doesn’t breach the armor. No, Mr. General Sir, I don’t want to pilot no walking machine, SIR! You will remember, even the little furry Ewoks ate them up in Star Wars with just vines and rocks.
Would be cool in the parking lot, though……
