   Great article. His ideas are just what I would recommend, I think, if I could stay un-disgusted by the “war on drugs” long enough to think it through the way he obviously has. Entirely too sensible for any politician to touch it, though….you would think as many families that have been touched by “the war on drugs” that some kind of ground swell would finally be building. I guess the “fractionating of America” is playing a role in that….
