Gonna take more than 40 minutes. Egg is still runny. Most likely the frozen pepper stir fry is the problem. Should have cooked it first.

Cooking at 350 F for 35 to 40 minutes or until the egg mixture sets. Will add more cheese about 5 minutes before cutting the roaster off.

Looks like we now have about $12 in the machine. And a couple of hours labor. Still a good deal at twice the price. 😉

Just finished repairing the housing for the fan on the exercise bicycle. Waiting for the epoxy to cure and then will put it back together.
