Guess tis time to shower and get ready to head to Piedmont. Need to get open sign moved to other window and a cover or curtain installed.

HFCS = High Fructose Corn Syrup. Also cut way down on all added sugars in stuff.

Starting to feel a bit more human without coffee in the mornings. Been several days now without it or hfcs and am starting to feel better.
