    I had a slow, kinda “bluh!” weekend. Got some stuff done Saturday, a little bit, anyway, and then tried out my new FDW. The stir-fry was good! Going to have to come up with some more stuff like that! Made just a generic beef stir-fry with vegetables, but I want to find the makings for Mongolian beef–just LOVE Mongolian beef. Waiting is…then the daughter returned that night from the MFUGE trip to West Palm Beach, Florida.     …feeling like kaka all day Sunday, even after a nap. So I didn’t get NEARLY what I wanted to done Sunday. Just couldn’t get it together. So here is Monday. Rah rah.
